Eilaf's hiring process:

1.   A candidates CV is initially screened.

2.   A wide selection of candidates are selected and interviewed.

3.   A standard assessment is carried out for the candidates who past the first interview.

4.   Finally all chosen candidates must sit for a technical interview with the department head. Depending on the department they have applied to join.

5.   Successful candidates will sign an employee acceptance letter & join the Eilaf Team.
